How to Exclude Specific Meta Ads from Cost Calculations

Last updated: 30 May 2026 · Applies to Settings → Meta Connections

Many merchants run several stores from the same Meta ad account. If Juicy syncs campaigns that don't actually belong to this store, your ad spend, ROAS, and other marketing metrics will look wrong. The fix is to tell Juicy which campaigns to ignore.

Once a campaign is on the ignore list, it stops syncing with this store entirely — its ad spend, clicks, impressions, and purchases are excluded from every report and calculation.

  1. Open Meta Connections

Click Settings in the left-hand menu, then open Meta Connections.

  2. Click Ignore Campaigns

Ignore Campaigns option in Meta Connections settings
  3. Select the campaigns to exclude

Choose every campaign that doesn't belong to this store. Once added, their costs and metrics will no longer appear in your reports.

Selecting campaigns to ignore in Juicy
✅ Done — ignored campaigns no longer affect this store's ad spend, ROAS, or attribution numbers.

Frequently asked questions

Will ignoring a campaign affect other stores connected to the same Meta account?

No. The ignore list is set per store in Juicy, so excluding a campaign here has no effect on how it's reported in your other stores.

Can I un-ignore a campaign later?

Yes. Open Ignore Campaigns again and remove it from the list — it will start syncing with this store from that point forward.
