Summarize Multiple Shops

Last updated: 19 June 2026 · Requires at least two stores connected via Access Sharing

If you manage multiple Shopify stores, Juicy can combine revenue, costs, ad spend, and every other metric into a single dashboard view — automatically converted into your primary store's currency.

Prerequisites

You need at least two stores connected via Access Sharing before the summarize option appears.

How to use it

  1. Open the Dashboard page

  2. Find "Summarize all shops"

Next to the Store dropdown, you'll see a Summarize all shops checkbox.

  3. Check the box

This combines stats from every connected store into one view. While summarization is active, the store dropdown is disabled — uncheck the box to go back to viewing individual stores.

✅ Your preference is saved automatically and persists across sessions.

Currency conversion

When your connected shops use different display currencies, all monetary values are automatically converted to your primary store's currency before being combined. Conversion rates are applied per day, so historical data uses the rate that was valid on that specific date.

Revenue, profit, costs, ad spend, and every other monetary value are converted this way.

Availability

The summarize option only appears on the main Dashboard page. Individual platform pages — Facebook, Google, TikTok, and so on — continue to show data for one store at a time using the store dropdown.

Frequently asked questions

Does summarizing shops change historical numbers?

No. Each day's figures are converted using that day's exchange rate, so historical data stays accurate when combined with other stores.

Can I summarize platform-specific pages like Facebook or Google?

Not yet. The summarize option currently only applies to the main Dashboard page — platform pages always show one store at a time.
