How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

You can cancel your Juicy subscription directly from inside the app, or simply uninstall it from Shopify — either way, billing stops immediately.

Cancel from inside Juicy

  1. Open Juicy

  2. Click Settings in the menu

  3. Click Subscription management

  4. Cancel your subscription with the cancel button

⚠️ Your subscription is also automatically canceled if you uninstall the app from your Shopify store.

Uninstall the app instead

  1. Go to Apps in your Shopify admin

  2. Click Remove next to Juicy Attribution & Analytics

  3. Done

    Your subscription is canceled automatically once the app is removed.

Frequently asked questions

Will I lose my data if I cancel?

Cancelling stops billing immediately. If you reinstall later, contact support if you need help recovering your previous configuration.

Do I need to cancel in Juicy before uninstalling the app?

No. Uninstalling the app from Shopify automatically cancels your subscription — you don't need to do both.
